Short and Sweet
Short post today but alright, I mentioned when I first made this blog that it wasn't going to be just about nutrition and fitness. And although I could talk for hours upon hours about those two subjects and everything, those two aspects alone do not create a healthy person. The mentality and emotional state plays a huge role along with sex even.
