Today is the BEST Day EVER - DGW

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I can't believe it but I made it through week 1 of my 30-day experiment. I will have to admit this diet is definitely getting easier. I am getting used to the bland, mundane taste of the diet. But as each day passes I look forward to my cheat day...Do you know what today is? Cheat day!! I have been looking forward to this day since Monday.  As long as I eat a normal breakfast (which I have) and my supplements a couple times today and do two different 90-second exercises, I can eat as often as I want, as much as I want, AND whatever I want. I'm not kidding: 6,000+ calories is completely okay for today. I am SO excited :) I just ate an apple cinnamon scone and glazed donut and am about to go to Bruegger's for a couple of bagels. DWG stands for Dieters Gone Wild. And that's exactly how I feel haha. I am going to be a white-carb, dairy, sugar monster today. Up-and-coming attractions for the day/night? A meatball sub with extra cheese, candy bars, baked goods, Olive Garden for dinner. Oh, yes and more.

To measure progress I took a couple pictures of myself after my normal breakfast, prior to binging. And I will take pictures tonight after all my binging is over with and also Monday morning. Between the pictures after breakfast and the Monday morning pictures I should see incredible difference. But we'll see!
