Ahhhh what a lovely day for some great articles. I stumbled upon them both via Twitter and both are very informative. The first one sheds some more light on what exactly paleo is and informs the reader why you would want to try paleo. The second one is just about why you can't just workout and expect great results, you need a good nutritional foundation as well.

Well, I am off to bootcamp with Ricky and then later I am going to see The Hunger Games with Alex... and possibly going to get ice cream too! :) Because you need to live a little every once in a while - and getting ice cream before a movie is probably a smarter option than chowing down popcorn and candy at the movies. Saturday I get to take the day off because Monday starts mine and Ricky's 30-day experiement... more to come on that later!
